Can I refinance my home through HARP if it is a doublewide mobile home?

More info needed, but the short answer is yes.. HARP refi's were available on MFH's that were considered "real property".. meaning you owned the land it sat on.. However, very few lenders do MFH's, so the trick was finding that one lender that would do both harp loans and do them on mobiles.. That is where the challenge lies.. I don't have a source, and we're in the top 20 lenders in the nation. I'm a preferred Lender with California and Arizona being my primary markets.
