Your question is confusing.. If you only owe $100K and you want to refinance, then of course you can.. Although most lenders do have a minimum loan amount, most of them are in the $40K to 50K range.. For a $100K loan, it shouldn't be a problem.. but if you owe more than $100K, but you only want to refinance $100K of it.. then the answer is no.. The new lender would be in 2nd position behind the existing lender.. and that's where the problem is.. I'm a preferred Lender with California and Arizona being my primary markets.
