Can I still get a 30 yr loan?

There was some past fraud detected on my credit report. Can this prevent me from getting approved? by maradine800 from Garden Grove, California. Aug 13th 2020 Reply

Possibly, but probably not. You will want to work with an experienced Mortgage Broker who can help you determine what, if anything needs to be done with anything showing on your report. Over the years, I have helped may individuals with negative items reporting on their credit that was not theirs. I'd be happy to help you as well. ~ Bert Carpenter, The LoansA2z Team of NEXA Mortgage ~ NMLS 40586 ~ Licensed in Arizona, California, Georgia, Oregon, and Washington. Need help in other states? Not a cut and dry answer. Just depends on what is in your report. It would take a review of your credit to determine what needs to be done. Feel free to contact me...located near you in Long Beach!!! 562.254.5616
