In theory, unless you have given him a Power of Attorney, the answer should be 'No'.If you are on title as an owner, your signature SHOULD be required on any new loan transaction, either on the loan itself, or on the Deed that removes you from title. He does not get to just take the money out without your involvement one way or the other. ~ Bert Carpenter, The LoansA2z Team of NEXA Mortgage ~ NMLS 40586 ~ At NEXA, we've got you covered.
