That depends upon whether or not your lona officer needs to pay off other debt for you to qualify. If the LO designates debts to be paid off, then the money MUST go for that. If not, feel free to use it as you wish.

Well, there are no specific restrictions, but if you said you were going to buy $15,000 worth of lotto tickets, they might get a bit squirrely. HA HA Also, if you indicated that you were going to invest in a business, it would prompt many questions about additional liabilities that might apply.
