Yes, but FHA says you cannot have more than 1 x 30 day late payment in the past 12 months to qualify.. and most lenders have minimum credit score requirements, so you would need to have a satisfactory score as well.. .. Yes, but as William stated below with a max of 1x30 day late in the last 12 months. If you have a 60 or greater you will have to wait until 12 months have passed from the last month you were late before you can refinance.
As stated below, we allow one 30 day late payment within the last 12 months, but not a 60 day late or multiple 30 day lates within that timeframe. Also, your last three payments must have been made on time at the date of application. Hope that helps!
