If your home is architecturally attached to real property, and a certificate has been filed with your county, then yes.. I'm not aware of any lender that will refinance a MH that's in a park.. there are lenders out there that will refinance a MH on land... The best advice I can give you is to contact a LOCAL mortgage broker and apply with them. Do not use the local "Big" bank, or one of those 50 states internet lenders or nationwide lenders...By applying with your LOCAL Broker, you have an advantage because he's familiar with local customs and works with numerous lenders, seeking out the best loan terms for your particular scenario. Double-wide mobile homes on land may be refinanced through FHA.

Shouldn't be a problem if it's taxed as real property, you own the land it is on and you credit/income/assets are acceptable. Speak with one of the Lender411 professionals that is licensed in FL and preferably local to you.

Just checked the Lender 411 lender list as well as the National Mortgage Lending Registry, and did not find anyone working for a local mortgage broker, you may want to check in the Jacksonville area. Many licensed mortgage brokers can do nearly everything by phone and over the internet. There are only a few lenders who do Manufactured Homes, but most good licensed mortgage brokers should be able to do so for you.

Sure ... why not? There are qualifying parameters, but "yes", homeowners are able to refinance a 2003 manufactured home.
