I wouldn't count on it as a single wide. If it was a double-wide and permanently affixed, it is possible, though. If anyone knows, it would be a place that only really finances mobile homes. Check with your current, or last loan servicer; the only name that really even comes to my mind is a place called GreenTree. It's basically a car as far as most lenders are concerned.
