We issued a return premium check to BAC in error and trying to have them reimburse us. We are an insurance company located in Cherry Hill, NJ and I have been trying to get thru to someone, but cannot be connected to a live person to help me. Any help would be greatly appreciated. When I called 800-669-6650 yesterday, I was connected to their TX center. You will need to have the loan number the check was issued to cover, or the social security number of the client whose loan was cleared to get through to get any answers. It is possible to get to person without inputting that information -- by giving "0" as answer to all their other choices.
