More info needed.. but the short answer is Yes.. but only if you are no longer on workman's comp.. If you were collecting workman's comp, and you are now back to work, then you would need to provide all your pay stubs for the most recent 30 days.. even if that includes a workman's compensation pay stub. The lender will probably ask you to write a letter of explanation with the details.. but it shouldn't be a problem. I'm a preferred Lender with California and Arizona being my primary markets.
