commission pay.? Mortgage?
in June 2020 my husband started a commission based pay he left Feb.2021 to a start up that lasted until end of Apirl 2021. He then went back to his old commission job and is current there since May 2021. can we qualify for a 30y mortgage or do we have to wait another year. by dholmes123.dh474 from Monticello, Georgia. How was your husband paid from 2/2021 through 4/2021?Since he went back to the same employer, it maybe possible to qualify him right now based on averaging his commissions.
