Considering a USDA loan and other low dp options

Considering a USDA loan and have discussed details with the broker. Credit is not the best right now with 2 open accounts namely a car loan and credit card debt. Scores are around 620 to 650 range. I am a contractor making around $50k a year with bank statements and profit and loss docs ready. I am also leaning towards low to no dp options. TIA! by yruan821 from Palo Verde, Arizona. You'll need 2 years tax returns for any low or no down payment options. USDA also has location requirements and household income limits. | John Burke | Senior Mortgage Banker | Lending in ALL 50 states |Stride Bank | jburke@stridebank.com | (877)228-9069 | NMLS# 787231 |
