Different apprasiser did appraisal than was assigned on an FHA loan
the loan has been insured by FHa..can we assume that the mortgage company was able to get the appraiser that did the appraisal assigned to the case but did not put documentation in the file by mortga_843_507 from Jacksonville Beach, Florida. Aug 27th 2012

since everyone has to go thru a website to order appriasals, thanks to the govt intervention, we can not :pick" our appriasiers anymore, and since this is a govt loan.... we never know who the appriaser is, lts like a box of chocolates, you never know what or who you are going to get... linda
