While your score meets the FHA lender min. guideline of 620, what about your other qualifying information? Remember your credit isn't the only criteria considered when applying for a mortgage. We must be able to verify your income, determine whether you have enough funds available to cover the down payment and/or closing costs, and verify your employment and rental history.
