what mortgage would be best for a townhouse if i can put down 25k? by drello43892 from Pompano Beach, Florida. Feb 27th 2015
Conventional loan is best so you can avoid mtg. insurance. With a conv. loan you do as little as 3% down. Barclay Butler, Barclay Butler Financial Inc. 224-420-9990.
Depends on what percentage of the purchase price that 25K represents and your credit score.
There are several options depending upon your credit. . There are programs with small down payments and no mortgage insurance available.. I'm local in Jupiter.Inlet Mortgage 561-373-0371Toni Taylor Gibson
As others have said, it really depends on the other factors in your application but conventional will be the best option for many if not most with that much downpayment - depending on the home prce and your credit score and DTI
