Not sure your question? You have a rental property? Yes, we 'verify' the rent you are collecting. typically via your Schedule E on your tax return. Buying a home and rent now? Very few programs require rent verification. I lend in MN WI IA SD and ND. Find me at JoeMetzler.com, NMLS 274132

If you are a first-time borrower, verifying you have paid your rent on-time (12 month verification of rent or VOR) used to be extremely common. Today, my experience is that if your credit score is above 680, its almost never required and if your score is between 640 and 680. Its more likely to be required depending on other loan factors and if your score is below 640 its almost always required. If you need help getting approved, I can help. Just give me a call. ~ Bert Carpenter, The LoansA2z Team of NEXA Mortgage ~ NMLS 40586 ~ At NEXA, we've got you covered.
