Do we qualify for a 2nd USDA loan?

We are planning to get a USDA loan for the 2nd time. Our location has an income limit for a guaranteed loan of $167k. My yearly income is $190k plus bonuses that pushes it to $220k annually. Is this enough to qualify? by bcevc784 from Bayview, Idaho. Mar 7th 2022 Reply

USDA financing is a "means tested" income based program. If your household income is over the limit for the state and county you wish to buy, you are denied. I don't lend in Idaho, but anyone can used the link on my web site at https://joemetzler.com/usda-loans-mn-wi-sd/ to check income and location eligibility for a USDA rural housing loan. I lend in MN, Wi, IA, ND, and SD. Cambria mortgage, NMLS 274132
