So long as the home is architecturally attached to real property, (wheels and axles removed, and is "Ground Set" on a permanent foundation) and has an occupancy certificate, then there are lenders out there that will do them.. There might be other property condition requirements that need to be met, but the short answer is "yes".. VA will do manufactured homes..
