There are two ways to finance a MFH. 1. If the home is being architecturally attached to a parcel, then it would be considered real property, and you would be taking out a real estate mortgage. Although there are some lenders out there doing MFH, most do not.. for those that do, expect to pay a higher than going rate. 2. If the home Is being placed in a park where you rent the space, then you will need to find a lender that will finance the MFH without real estate.. this could be difficult. Talk to the folks selling you the home, they should have a referral, or try contacting the park it's going it.. they also might have a referral for you.. .. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com

There are many lenders that will lend on a Manufactured home. This is a home that is built in a factory to HUD building code. There are lenders that will lend for a home on it's own land and other's that will lend on a home in a mobile home park. Please message me through Lender411 and I will point you n the right direction.
Try someone who answered YES here, or you can try Wells Fargo, but you may have to ask for a loan officer who will hand the paperwork involved for a mobile home
