Do you loan on fannie mae repos if they are modular homes?

This house is a Fannie Mae Repo and they have dropped the price down to $19,900.00. (I think they would go even lower as no one will give home path loans on this home as it s a modular or a prefab home). They started out asking I believe in the $50,000.00s.
