do you make mobile home loans?

More info needed.. specifically, do you own the lot it sits on? or is it in a trailer park and you pay space rent? If it is on land you own, has the home been ground set, (architecturally attached) and has an affidavit of affixture been filed with the county? There lenders out there that finance mobile homes.. some will do it if you don't own the land and some will do it if you own the land.. This site and these lenders specifically do "Real Property" mortgages.. so the home must be ground set on land you own to qualify.. but even then.. very few lenders do MFH financing.. it's best to pick up the phone and start calling local lenders...
