Tax returns make it look as though we don't have income from my husband as he is self employed. 1099 is 52k and I have 30k for a total of 82k. Current mortgage is about 11k in interest per year and his truck expenses really decrease his income. My income is non taxable. I have excellent credit (FICO 757) pay our mortgage and always have (house is in my name). His credit score is FICO 685. That is why we are looking for a stated income loan. We have sold our current house and have offer on another. New house will have 20% down as well as closing costs. Also taking 10k from savings to do a seller assist on this home which is a USDA by buyers. They want to close on 10-14-14. Thanks, Katherine

Bank statement and stated income loans are now available for rental and commercial properties. Owner-occupied loans still require verified income.
