Are you asking FSA or B&I if they offer USDA loans?
Yes, email me the details, PeterJBotros@gmail.com
Yes, at CMG Financial we offer USDA loans with a credit mid-score of 640.Please feel free to apply online at www.TexasLoanResource.com or call with questions.
Both of those loan products are not mortgages, but rather business loans.. And I believe that these types of loan are only offered through USDA directly.. meaning a local lender cannot help you.. you have to fill out our application either on line or through a local USDA office.. Here's a link to help you on your way.. http://www.rurdev.usda.gov/bcp_gar.html I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J. I believe FSA is Farm Service Agency and B&I is Business and Industry or something like that. Most of the lenders on this forum are traditional residential mortgage lenders or brokers (including myself), so they probably won't offer these agricultural loans. Most of us offer the USDA loan for the purchase of a property in a rural area, but not for an actual farm. Perhaps there is a farming agency near you that can point you int he right direction?
