I dont believe there is stated loans offered anywhere.

The closest you're going to get is a Stated-Income Verified Assets (SIVA) product. Although, the lender will require you to sign a Form 4506T that allows the lender to receive your two prior years Federal Tax Filing Transcripts. ... Happy funding, Rudi
