DOES TX A-6 REQUIRE A RENEWAL & EXTENSION FORM?

Your question is confusing.. the Texas A-6 referrers to cash out refinance transactions which limits you to 80% loan to value, and can only be done on a homestead property.. but i'm not sure what a renewal and extension form would be.
