Fannie Mae Closing cost/ Appliance incentive special

I am under contract on a Fannie Mae forclosure which I plan on living in. My contract falls under the contract dates to qualify for their Closing cost/ Appliance incentive program started Jan 28 2010, but my realtor who is the listing agent didnt inform me about the program. I offered $114,000 with Fannie Mae paying $5500 in closing/prepaid but the house was listed at $107,000. I would have offered different if I had been informed of the program specifically designed for the home I am trying to buy.
