how do I find out information on a property that is owned by BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING LP by baker._630_697 from Seattle, Washington. Jun 11th 2013 Reply

You can call BofA.. but it's unlikely anyone will help you... My guess is there's a home in an area your interested in purchasing, so if that the case, your best bet is to contact a local real estate agent and have them continually check to see if / when it comes up for sale... .. Call a marketing company who sells leads. They might be able to define who the Servicer is

Call the BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING and ask for there REO department. They can either answer your questions or give you the assest manager or agent handling the property.

Yes, BAC Loan servicing will have all the answers you are looking for. You can also try just to search the address on the internet, if it is listed it should come up.
