First time buyer looking for lender who has experience with a VA loan

Another tip is that each Loan officer has a tracking number, known as an NMLS number). These numbers started being issued around 2010. So looking for someone with a low NMLS number will tell you they've been around awhile, and have plenty of experience. I suggest people with numbers less than 500,000, and avoid the newest people with numbers, especially over 2,000,000.
