Foreign National Mortgages

I have found a couple of Florida Mortgage Brokers on the internet that offer "Foreign National" mortgages / loans.How do I know these Brokers are reputable and trustworthy?I am a Canadian Citizen looking for a rental / investment property mortgage in NW Florida.Thanks by CDNBuyer from Miramar Beach, Florida.
