Going back to the States and buying a condo after living overseas
I’ve been living overseas for years now and I plan to move back to the states and buy a condo. I have enough down payment and my budget is around $200k. Will a letter of intent from a US company be enough to get a loan? I want to move right away once I arrive. by george porge from Dubuque, Iowa. Oct 24th 2022

An employment letter / contract might be ample but more than likely most lenders will require that you provide the first paystub BEFORE the new loan can close ....get pre approved with a lender to find out for sure
