If Congress could get anything done, this would be a no brainer, but that's the problem... Congress and No brains! Seriously though, there has been heavy discussion and strong support from some corners of Congress, but until they stop acting like children and actually start taking the woes of the country seriously, don't expect any solution until after the mid-term elections. This program would require a commitment from the Feds to take on the risk of default by those that did refinance, and members of the Tea Party crowd won't have any of it. The best thing you can do is keep contacting your Senators and Representatives and demand that they take action so that the little guy doesn't keep getting ripped off by their bank. ~ Bert Carpenter, The LoansA2z team of NOVA Home Loans ~ NMLS 40586 ~ Licensed in California and Arizona ~ www.LoansA2z.com 888-889-9950
