Hello I was a stay at home mom the lasts ten years but divorced last year.

I also finished dental assisting school last year but have not transitioned into it yet but have a job the last 3 months I really like while I continue to search for a dental assisting job. Credit score is just 640 but hoping for it to rise in the next few months. Any chance of obtaining a home loan? by Lizdistler581 from Ashtabula, Ohio. Jun 4th 2015 Reply

Nope.. for any income to be considered, you need to have 2 years employment experience and 2 years tax returns supporting your income.. if your education was from an accredited school, then your time at the school can be a considered a continuation of employment, but only if you are now working in your field of study.. Example: you studied dentistry for 2 years at school, graduated, and now have a job for 3 months as a dentist.. Under this example, your schooling would be sufficient to satisfy the 2 years employment history requirement because your now working as a dentist.. a copy of 30 days pay stubs would all that would be necessary.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J.
