HELOC on a cash out refinance loan?
I have a question, can you do a HELOC on a Cash-Out Refinance Mortgage? Once tax season ends, I’m going to add a 3rd investment property to my portfolio this 2022. if you have enought equity in your pimary residence and you qualify YES you can add a HELOC onto your home regardless of what type of loan your previous loan was
