Help me figure out what this means

I'm getting refer/eligible for a file I've been working on. "This case has been referred because the risk exceeds the risk threshold for automated approval for an FHA loan. An FHA registered DE underwritier must analyze the loan and determine if the borrower meets the FHA standard capacity and credit policies and guidelines." I can't figure out exactly what this means, lender is not giving me a straight answer by miguel319 from South San Francisco, California. Jan 19th 2023 Reply
