I have a manufactured home that is located in a park on land that I rent. Do you refinance this type of mobile home situation? It is a 2008, 2000 square-foot under air home. My home was purchased for $105,000 in 2008. I currently owe $43,600. In 2008 It was financed at 13.4%. I now have a credit score of 766 when last checked.
