I assume the house is in foreclosure, and you want to try to purchase it? You'll need to speak directly to them, which will be an almost impossible task just to figure out the right department. The house may be in the redemption period, so they may not be able to sell it right now. But generally they are not going to change standard operations anyway. Odds are you'll have to wait until the process works itself out, and the house goes on the open market.
