I'm guessing that this question was a continuation of your previous question. As I answered in that question, many lenders are extremely backed up with heavy volumes of loans in their pipelines. I recommend that you reach out to your loan officer to try and find out. If you are unable to make contact, go up the line of management to get someone to speak to you. Although I have not done a USDA loan in a few years, as I recall, they usually take a little longer than traditional loans, primarily because once underwritten and approved by the lender's underwriter, then loan must then be re-underwritten by the USDA's underwriters. That does not excuse your current lender from not communicating with you. ~ Bert Carpenter, The LoansA2z Team of NEXA Mortgage ~ NMLS 40586 ~ Licensed in Arizona, California, Georgia, Oregon, and Washington.
