How do I qualify for down payment programs?
I just came across 2 homes that caught my fancy. I plan to get an FHA loan soon coz houses are selling fast in our area. I’ve heard about down payment programs and would love to know how to qualify. Down payment assistance programs tend to be very local in nature. Simply complete a loan application with a local mortgage broker, and they will guide you into what programs and options you might qualify for. Also, most big national lenders do NOT have access to local down payment and first time home buyer programs.
