How long do i have to be in my house for?
I just moved into my home 5 months ago. The area surprisingly is in high demand and there are interested buyers all around the neighborhood. Coincidentally i have also just been show a home by a Realtor/friend that I absolutely love. John,No one to my knowledge is selling mortgage loans with a pre-payment penalty, but it wouldn't hurt to check your documents. Just for your piece of mind. ... No one likes surprises like that.Best wishes, Rudi
