How long does an appraisal report last?
I am applying for a conventional loan and would like to know how long an appraisal report is good for? Loan is taking a while to close and I want to know if the appraisal is expiring. What do I do to extend if ever? TIA by irenesaringenriqu... from Brooklyn, New York. Feb 10th 2022

Generally, appraisals are only good for six months. Extensions are not an option.
