Hello - there isn't a limit on the number of times you can refinance. We do, however, suggest it makes sense to complete the refinance whether it be to reduce your rate or take cashout to consolidate other debt. Feel free to call or email me directly if I can answer any questions.Thank you,Brian701-353-5944 Dirbrian.johnson@valleymortgageinc.comNMLS 178249
Hello, you can refinance your home as many times as you would like. The things that may limit what you can borrow would be the value of the home vs the loan amount, credit, the benefit of refinancing and a few other things. If you have any other questions you are welcome to contact me at gpomeroy@boemortgage.com or vist www.thehomeloanspecilaist.com for more info.
No limit... Only question to ask is "Does it make sense?" So contact a local mortgage broker in your area, let them know why you are thinking about refinancing, and they can run all the numbers to see it it makes sense. For loans like this in MN, WI, or SD, visit me at www.Minneapolis-Mortgage.com
There are no restrictions to how often you can refinance.. so long as there is a "Benefit" to you, you can refinance as often as it makes sense.. The key would be to be sure you are saving enough compared to the funds being added to your new loan. If you save $100 a month, that's great,, but if you are adding $10,000 to your loan, then it would take 100 months of $100 of monthly savings to pay for itself.. That's not a good loan.. I'm a preferred Lender with California and Arizona being my primary markets. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com NMLS# 226347 / RPM Mortgage NMLS 1541014 / AZMB0121893
