We have Programs for 1 Day After a Deed in Lieu
I'm not sure what an "Aid in Lieu" is.. but if you are referring to a "deed in lieu of foreclosure", then the timelines are as follows.. For FHA it's 3 years, for Conventional it's 4 years.. for VA (you must have VA benefits available to you) it's 2 years, but most lenders will make you wait 3.. and for USDA it's 3 years. I'm a preferred Lender with California and Arizona being my primary markets.
