How to get a loan for investment properties?
My house is paid off and have a credit score of 800. I am self employed and make average money yearly. I only spend money if it's a tax write off so I have very little net income to show on my taxes by yearend. I want to get a loan for investment properties and I have 20% downpayment ready.
