There are many companies offering such services. Simply search the internet or look for community provided services in your area.

TRUE Consumer Credit Counseling Service's (CCCS) are nonprofit (charitable) agencies that work with people and families to resolve credit problems, and they typically credit counseling programs to help people improve their profile. These are generally NOT the agencies that advertise on TV and radio. To find a CCCS agency, search by zip code at www.nfcc.org Good luck, you'll likely need to wait at least 3 years after the foreclosure is completed to possibly purchase another home.

Federal Trade Commission consumer loans and finance has great information on how to rebuild credit. Including counseling resources, as well as self help articles to help you. Good luck!
