I have been reading some reviews about my lender, after I had a fall out with them regarding my income and my co-signer. Ultimately I was denied and I believe they are discriminating - how do I report them? by oneiros954 from Mobile, Alabama. Apr 10th 2019
More info needed, but understand that lending guidelines are in writing and have lot's of "Deal Breakers".. Most of these deal breakers are tied to credit worthiness, income and debt, specifically the allowable ratio's.. This all being said, if you are going to make a complaint, you would go to the CFPB's government website and there you can submit a complaint. Keep in mind that you have to do your due diligence.. you cannot just say "I've been discriminated against".. you have going to have to give specifics and you might also be required to submit supporting documentation. I'm a preferred Lender with California and Arizona being my primary markets. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com NMLS# 226347 / LendUS, NMLS 1938/ AZMB0121893
