You can use some of the popular website real estate sites that show you the homes in your area. Depending upon your state, you should be able to see what other homes on your street and neighborhood have sold for. Do not look at the estimate value that some of these sites have. It is best to look at the sales prices and then look at the square feet and if it backs to open space, another home, busy road, etc. These can affect prices higher or lower depending upon other sales characteristics..
