In my opinion, using an automated rate generator on a website is not accurate enough to trust. There are too many factors affecting rate which are often not addressed properly. As well, many of these display rates which are articially low just to get people to "bite" and get their foot in the door talking to you. You are better off getting 2 or 3 competing quotes from actual people at actual lenders that will put them in writing in a Good Faith Estimate.
