I am applying for an FHA loan but I have problems with my address

I am currently doing an FHA refinance on my home. The problem is my license has a different address on it because I moved for a while but came back. I tried to get my address changed but they asked for a birth cert and I can’t find mine. My closing date is coming up and my address would be my old address and not the one for the property. Underwriting has sent me requests for residence verification and I sent them electric, water and internet bills.
