Due to the changes within the last couple years, everything needed for a forward loan is needed for a reverse mortgage too. 2 forms of identification (driver's license or state ID along with Medicare/Social Security Card), 2 months of bank statements -- all pages even if the last one is blank, 2 years of Federal tax returns including all forms and schedules along with the 1099's, W2's, and/or 1098's, 2 years of home owner's insurance payment information, 2 months of current income history, and if applicable current mortgage statement along with last year property tax information.
