Well...looks like you are looking for any type of assistance that may be available. I would start by looking at the City you would like to purchase in. Many cities offer down payment assistant programs and many are out of funds or just did not have any...then expand your search to County and then state..as you did not mention where you are located I am not able to direct you. Vets can purchase at 100% financing. Rural locations also have 100% financing. FHA is next with a min. 3.5%...though in Ca. there is a program that works with FHA and only requires .5% down.
